Position
Search stopped being one place.
For a long time, being visible meant ranking in one set of blue links. That is no longer where most discovery happens. A product search might start on TikTok. A comparison might happen inside ChatGPT. A local decision is made in the map pack before a website is ever opened.
We organise our work around that reality. Core search disciplines still carry the most commercial weight, so they remain the foundation. Alongside them we run platform search, where each surface has its own ranking logic, & AI search, where the job is being retrievable & citable rather than ranked.
The point is not to be present everywhere for its own sake. It is to be present where your specific audience actually looks, which is usually two or three of these surfaces rather than all of them.

Specialists on the work
Technical SEO, content, paid search and CRO are genuinely different disciplines. The person doing your technical audit is not the same person writing your articles, and that is deliberate.
You own everything
Your accounts, your data, your content, your links. No proprietary black boxes, no access we will not hand back, no dependency designed to make leaving difficult.
We report failures too
Tests that lose are reported as plainly as tests that win. A disproven hypothesis is still learning, and hiding it only means paying to learn the same thing twice.
Straight answers
What we will not do.
- We will not guarantee a ranking. Nobody controls a search engine's index. Anyone promising a position is either guessing or gaming something that will be corrected.
- We will not buy links or place stories on sites that exist to sell placements. It carries risk and it does not build authority.
- We will not publish testimonials we wrote. Our reviews live on Google where anyone can read them unedited.
- We will not quote before we understand the work. A number given before a discovery call is a number that will change.
- We will not take work we are not right for. If a different specialist is a better fit, we will say so.
